# Requesting a Custom Template

> Can't find a template for your store's niche? Submit a request directly from the Templates page with your template type, category, and requirements, or message support — your idea could become the next available template.

New template niches are added regularly, but if yours isn't available yet, you don't have to wait — you can request it directly.

## **Where to Request a Template**

On the **Templates** page, the last card is always **Request a Template**, alongside every available and upcoming template. Click it to open the request form.

## **Submitting a Request**

The request form asks for:

* **Template type** — what kind of template you're looking for

* **Category / niche** — the industry or store type it's for (e.g. pet supplies, jewelry, fitness)

* **What do you need** — a description of the page and sections you're hoping for

* **Any additional details** — anything else that helps clarify your request, such as reference stores or a preferred visual style

Fill in as much detail as you can, then click **Submit Your Request**.

## **Alternative: Message Support Directly**

If you'd rather explain your request in your own words, click **Message us** below the request form to reach the Iconic Sections team directly instead of filling in the structured form.

<Tip>
  The more specific you are — niche, must-have sections, and any style references — the easier it is for the team to build a template that fits what you actually need.
</Tip>

## **What Happens Next**

Submitted requests are reviewed for future template development. Popular or well-defined requests are the most likely to be turned into a new template on the Templates page, initially appearing with an **Upcoming** badge before becoming available to install.
