Installing a template gives you a complete, ready-to-launch page in one click. This guide walks through the full process from browsing to editing your live page.

Step 1: Open a Template

  1. In the Iconic Sections app, click Templates in the left sidebar.
  2. Click any template card to open the Template Details pop-up.

Step 2: Review the Template

The Template Details pop-up shows everything you need to decide if the template fits your store:
  • A live install counter (e.g. “15+ installs in last 24h”) showing how popular the template currently is
  • View Demo — opens a live preview of the full page so you can see it in action before buying
  • What it does — a summary of what the template achieves for your store
  • Best for — the store types and brands the template is best suited to
  • Includes sections like — tags listing the section types bundled into the template (for example: Hero Banner, Featured Products, Collection Grid, Countdown Offer, Category Showcase, Brand Benefits, Promotional Banners, Customer Reviews, Instagram Feed, FAQ Section, Lifestyle Gallery, Social Proof)
  • Sections included in this template — the full list of individual sections, each with its own preview image, so you know exactly what will be added to your page
Click View Demo if you want to see the finished page live before purchasing.

Step 3: Choose Your Pricing Option

Each template lists how it’s sold:
  • One-time charge (use forever) — a single payment, no recurring fees
  • Recurring subscription (cancel anytime) — a subscription that renews until you cancel
A template will offer one of these two options. Shopify’s billing prompt will reflect whichever applies to the template you’re purchasing.

Step 4: Select a Theme and Install

  1. In the Template Details pop-up, use the Select theme dropdown to choose which theme to install the template to.
  2. Click Install.
  3. Approve the Shopify billing prompt if you haven’t purchased the template yet.
All sections in the template are installed to your selected theme and arranged into a complete page at once — there is no need to add each section to the page individually.

Step 5: Customize the Content

Since the template arrives already built and arranged, all that’s left is to make it yours:
  1. Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize in Shopify admin.
  2. Open the page the template was installed to.
  3. Click into each section and replace the placeholder text, images, and products with your own content using the settings panel on the right.
  4. Click Save.
Work through the page top to bottom the first time, replacing images and copy as you go. Because the layout and section order are already done for you, most of the work is just filling in your own content.

Reinstalling on a Different Theme

If you purchased a template, it’s yours permanently. To add it to another theme later:
  1. Go to My Library in the app.
  2. Find the template under the Templates tab.
  3. Choose the new theme and install it again at no extra cost.
